About us
In 2016, the Willy Naessens Group acquired its 10th concrete factory. The new factory will be called Interton and is located on the Zuidelijke Eiland site in Bornem. The site is equipped with a loading and unloading quay for ships up to 10,000 tonnes. The production hall itself is 50 m wide and 350 m long, on a total site of 11 ha. Interton will produce prestressed concrete beams and also heavy reinforced concrete constructions. The prestressing installations enable a prestress strength of 1,250 tonnes and the lift bridges have a total capacity of 128 tonnes.
